Where will you be riding on the royal wedding?

There seems to be a general feeling of meh about this royal wedding stuff, with lots of people hoping for quiet trails and good weather on the 29th, me included. Actually with lots of people thinking the same thing I won't be surprised to see swarms of cyclists all over the countryside....

Hopefully, I'll get my new bottom bracket in time for the day off so I can drive up to Dalby.

So where do you plan to ride?

Predictably, a dawn-til-dusk epic is on the cards involving lots of Cannock Chase. May have to take several mates to cope with the attrition :)

Probably an early morning session round Swinley to avoid the BH crowds.

It's gonna be mobbed round there for the next couple of weeks with all the holidays and good weather!

Me too. No bank holiday where I work.

So the roads will be full up with folk driving their bikes somewhere! How bizarre.

Dunno, Probably Penmachno, or I might have a crack at an epic 3-peak ride I've been considering for a while (but I have no idea if it's possible)
  • Hopefully W2 at Afan. That is if my shoulder recovers in time from my recent off at Leith Hill.

Cragg quarry, had a blast around there last weekend, forgotten how much I love it and it's in perfect condition at the moment.
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result

Anybody thought about riding down the church steps ala The Italian Job as Will & Cath stroll down them hand in hand?
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
