I'm trying to find out where the nearest bike racks are the the science museum, but according to their website:
hmm. it appears that the natural history museum has bike parking outside their cromwell road entrance - which is helpfully obscured by tourbuses on google streetview. Does anyone know if there are bike racks here, and if they are on the pavement, or inside the boundary of the NHM?
Or does anyone know of any side streets near to the science museum where I can park my bike?
Thanks for any help
The museum does not have dedicated bicycle stands, though folding bicycles can be left in the cloakroom on the lower ground floor, which is accessible by lift from the main entrance.

Prince Consort Road, outside Imperial College, before you get to the Royal College of Music.
As shown here:

Exhibition Road's at the far left of that image.0 -
P.S. There's quite possibly something closer; I just can't think where. I've worked at both Imperial and RCM, so that's always been the most convenient rack for me.0
