Range of seat post height adjustment on a pitch, small.

Would anyone be generous enough to tell me that range of adjustment in seat post height they achieve with their specialized pitch?

Or

The distance from top of seat tube to kink in seat tube would be equally as good.

    it will depend on seatpost fitted. or if it's been cut down.

    Bear in mind theres a minimum insertion mark on both the post and the frame itself, on the pitch this mark is a small hole underneath a sticker on the seattube.

    I had to cut my seatpost down on my pitch, it came with a 350mm post as standard and it wouldnt drop enough for me to do some jumps so i cut off around 8mm.
