Shimano "collar" for the freewheel - where to buy

I have just converted my Fulcrum R1's to Shimano from Campy and the casssette is floppier than a floppy thing, I need this fabled collar/spacer thing that you put on before the cassette, surprisingly Campy did not provide one with the freewheel - they really need to sort out there customer services its pants.

Any ideas where I might get one ???? Why do I need one on this one and not on my other Shimano cassetted RZeros ?????

usually shimano supplies 1mm spacer with a 10-speed cassette, (sram cassettes don't need it, they're the same depth as a 9-speed)

at least some wheels need an extra 2mm spacer, this comes with the wheel, plus the 1mm shimano spacer, so you end up with 3mm

there are probably other variations out there as well
