Tread Placement vs Speed

Afternoon all
Now that the weather is getting better, ive swapped out my Mountain Kings for Schwalbe Ralphs (back) and Rons (front).
The Rons have a lot more tread than I was expecting given the name. I'm now considering swapping the Ralphs to the front and putting a Conti Twister on the back.
My question is, for minimal drag and max rolling, should the tyre with the least tread (Twister) go on the back or the front ?
This set up needs to be fast, so rolling resistance and drag are the priority over grip.
Cheers

The fastest tyre usually goes on the back.
Although the Ron may look slower than a Ralph, it's based on the lightweight Fred carcass whereas a Ralph has more in common with the heavier Nic. IME a Ron makes a superb dry trail rear tyre - grip and speed is outstanding but they don't last very long.
Try it with the Ralph on the front and the Ron on the back.0
