The Final Preparation! John O'Groats - Lands End

Hey Everyone!
This Thursday (21/04/2011) 4 friends and myself will be making our way to John O'Groats ready to begin our epic journey down country to Lands End. We're riding this in aid of the Midlands Air Ambulance and S.A.R.A. (Severn Area Rescue Association), and will be arriving at Lands End on Saturday 30/04/2011. We have everything sorted, all accommodation, routes, etc. Just thought I would come to the World Wide Web and see if anyone can see that we're missing anything.
So, rather than me list everything I HAVE got... Can you list the things YOU forgot on your 10day tours, or things you didn't think you'd need but did.
Eagerly awaiting your replies, because I'm stressing slightly about forgetting something we need!!
