Good morning benders, yet another Tuesday, one day closer to the weekend, not that it makes any difference to me anyway.

Funeral today, old tutor/mate and riding buddy. Then off to Cannock this evening with a mate.

I have got the day off work today, and my weekly physio is cancelled so I wont be in too much pain for a ride. Went out last night straight from work to the local woods and got an hour on the trails. I am thinking walk into town in a minute, have a wetherspoons brekkie! Then looking forward to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday ,Tuesday off work!

Off to hospital today for next stage of progress. Will probably be painful so will spend rest of the day lying in the garden.

    Mornin' all.

Rode into work today, got shouted at by a fat cow of a nurse for being in the road after she tried to undertake me round a roundabout. I should be going to the hospital (for work) in the next couple of days, so I might have the opportunity to leave a strongly worded note/turd on her car.

Other than that it was fantastic ride in, pheasants, rabbits and lambs all out enjoying the sunshine, and fewer than normal levels of that most primitive of creature, the common British driver AKA the greater spotted tit.

I even had time for a bacon bap when I arrived :D

Oh yeah, sheeps, I've left your card with your mum. The first person to make ajoke bout sheeps mum and their 'party bag' wins a hat.

Not easy to see through there, especially with the pedestrians who always and I mean always wander into your path just as you hit the rise to the road...

    Happy buffday sheep.

get your mum to bake you a cake!!

Well today will be mostly working on VAT and looking out the window. Joyful. Taz my house mate found some hanging scales in Asda so we weighed our bikes last night for fun,

    Mondraker just shy of 35pounds
    Marin just shy of 40

So thats not too bad keeps all fit :p

So these Welsh valleys I've heard so much about were formed when your bikes fell over?
