Route advice for Pembridge, Herefordshire

Hi can anyone suggest some routes near Pembridge in Herefordshire. I am going there for the Easter weekend and see on Google some range of hills/mountains close to the welsh border. but cant find any routes for the area. some suggestions would be appreciated or some websites with the necessary routes would be great.
