82mm wheel - valve extender options?
Can someone confirm I have got this right
I have a Planet x 82mm wheel and have a vittoria evo 320 tubular tyre with removable valve
Am I correct in purchasing a 62 mm extender and add it to the existing 48mm to get enough valve protruding
One of these http://www.totalcycling.com/index.php/p ... ncy&id=GBP
or
should I purchase an extra long 110mm

For those tyres (I have the same) and that wheel, I'd suggest a whole new valve core instead:

Get the 110mm one. It replaces the valve that's currently on the tyre and then you don't need an extention. Means you don't have to worry about the seal between valve and extender.
Otherwise I think you need a 71mm extender for that size wheel. ZIpp do a nice one.0 -
