The only commute pic I have is this one from last year when I reached 10k miles for the year. Ilkley Moor in the background.

Bushy Park which is about the middle, in time any way.
can get a bit busy with dog walkers and so on, But since the other choice is stop start though Hampton Hill, and I love the open spaces which i need as I'm a country boy so need to pretend I'm not in the city!0 -

Wish I had a camera last night, I followed a young lady for a short distance who was the perfect advert for cycling as a means of giving you a great pert bottom.*
*she may have been blessed with it before taking up cycing, but if the CTC / whovere were ever to run such a campaign, she'd be the perfect face / bottom for it.Bianchi Infinito CV

Same here, if I put my normal lens on it's 2k's worth so unless it's a special trip or anything like that it stays in my camera bag at home.0 -
Agreed, I have two SLR's and the cost these days is silly, so I bought a cheap(ish) Olympus VG-120 to carry with me, but the smaller chips regardless of how many pixels do not compare with a DSLR.Peds with ipods, natures little speed humps

UndercoverElephant wrote:Ah, the badly-worn tape on the handle bars is "Ilkley Moor Bar Tat". I'll get my coat.
It's true though - a disgrace to the rest of the bike. It was the original 20 year old tape though; I treated it to the Fizik Microtex for the Chrimbo refurb. Only problem with that is that it isn't that great wound old style (ie from the centre to the ends of the bars) - tends to peel open a bit behind the hoods. Not really sure what to do about that......Faster than a tent.......0 -
