I have fitted my Reverb and all is well, haven't needed to bleed it out of the box though I was going to, and cut the hose down, at the same time as the hoses are rather long, even the manual recommends trimming the hoses an inch each end....
However, there were no hose barbs in my bleed kit and having enquired with my supplier I have been told that i need to order the barbs seperately at another £12.99! I don't quite understand why they wouldn't have been included in the kit originally as it recommends cutting down the hoses....did anyone else with a Reverb get hose barbs in their bleed kit or is it genuine and I really do have to buy the barbs? I honestly don't mind if I have to, it just seems a little strange to me.......

The barbs are built into the remote and seatpost with the hose pushed over them.
