Jagwire brake cables and Pop end caps

Hi All,
I've just fitted Jagwire's pro racer cable kit and don't think the way the Pop end caps/ferrules fit into my Shimano 5600 105 brake callipers looks right. They just don't seem to be flush.
I haven't done a road test as yet but on the stand the brakes seem to operate fine but I'm just not 100% sure.
I've just had a quick look at Jagwires site and they state that the Pop end caps may not fit all callipers and if that's the case, alternative end caps should be used. (So why don't they provide them with the kit?!)
I would of thought this wouldn't be an issue with a kit labelled as 'Shimano/SRAM compatible'
Anybody else had this issue?
Thanks

What do you mean by not flush?
If the Pop ferrules fit into the housing of the adjuster they should be fine. Shimano and SRAM ferrules sit proud of the adjuster housing on Shimano brakes.0
