Can I replace the spring in my rear mech?

Spring in my rear mech seems to be getting a bit slack. Took it off the bike, cleaned it, lubed it, and put it back together yesterday, and it's still too "lazy" to shift into top gear, even with the cable disconnected. Problem is not the end stop setting, it shifts happily with a gentle push.
Are these springs typically replaceable (mech is a SRAM Rival)? Can anyone point me to a guide on how to do it, and somewhere that stocks the bits?

You used to be able to get stronger springs for when you were using Gripshift. they were a bugger to fit. Unlikely you'll find one these days though.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
