New saddle a lot further forward on the rails?

Last year I bought a bike that came with a Selle Italia SL-K. I could ride on it, but it wasn't comfortable, and afetr a winter doing turbo on it, I decided I'd had enough with the pain.

So I bought a good condition Arione on FleaBay and it arrived last week.

Sadly my son catching a bug stopped me tryin it out, but when setting it up and quickly going up and down in front of my house, It seemed that I had pushed the Arione a lot further forward compared to the SL-K. Is this just something with the Fizik design and my butt? Thanks

The Arione is a long saddle with long rails so it should adjust to any position you want.
It will feel a lot different to your SL-K so maybe you should set it up with the (kneecap directly over pedal axle) method.
