Aligning wheel with handlebar!

Hello -

Recently, i noticed that my wheel is at a slight left when the handlebars are aligned parallel to the frame. How do i go about aligning this?

Loosen your stem bolts, the ones that attach to the fork steerer. The wheel should go all lose and floppy, just align it properly and tighten up your stem bolts again.
