Shock removal on Orange 5

Hey folks,

it's service time and need to send my shock off but I've never removed it before.

I've undone 3 of the 4 screws but I have 2 problems.

1. What do I do once I have unscrewed the bolts, i.e.how do I get the shock off!

2. One of the bolts won't unscrew, it just keeps turning.

Help!

Screw the bolt back into the other side a few turns and hit it gently with a hammer, this will drive the bolt out the side that's stuck. You may have left the sleeve in the front mount too if you managed to get both bolts out, so screw a bolt back in and do the same on that one too.

I have managed to get the trapped bolt out now (easy when you know how!)

The other bolt I'm not so sure about, the screws are out on either side but there seems to be a threaded bolt stuck in the frame, how an earth do I get this out?
I tried screwing back in one of the bolts and hitting it a bit but doesn't seem to want to budge :?

you need to push the shaft out.
