    Morning maggots.

Heading back home soon to watch the Classic. Yup, it's a raod race. Lots of shaven legs, lycra, fake tan and baby oil.

    Nom nom nom...

Do I care that this is an MTB section?

NO, because I've had a blinding weekend.

    Love n hugs

I don't know how some peeps manage to get up so damn early on a weekend morning - I like a good kip. Nothing for me today bike-wise on account of my muscle strain so will have probably find a good country pub for a good Sunday roast then will have to entertain junior for a bit.

Nah, it's just that she's 9 now so sleeps in 'till about 7.30, which is a lie in by my standards. I can usually persuade her to go downstairs and amuse herself for a bit so I can stay in the sack until about 8am

Bit of shopping with money I don't really have, then either go riding, or go for a walk with my camera. Haven't decided yet.

    Afternoon.

Sadly I've been inside all day, feckin Garrison town with it's traditions

Dunno what to do this afternoon. Might just wander around town, or maybe go for a walk, but sadly every other fecker will be doin that too, so I cba.

I feel the need to spend money...

Looking at a pinkish fullish moon!

Out on the road bike again, yesterday was great and I extended the route to 72 miles. Today I felt the effect and managed a slow 53. Muscles feel ok just energy zapped (I think). I must sort my MTB out soon so I can mix it up again.

Only got swore at once by a driver during the weekend, which was a treat. Brilliant seeing lots of riders with smiles on their faces.

    Great weather, cheers whoever!
