Lycra shorts and saddle

I bought a Shimano lycra shorts a month ago and after 300 kms of riding i saw a "hole" at the inner side of my leg where it contacts the saddle. It was like it happened from the abrasion of the contact of the shorts and the saddle. The same happened with another shorts that i bought a week ago. Does this happen because of the saddle? Do i need a new one? Or is my riding position wrong?

Possible, or is it poor quality shorts?

Is there stitching on the saddle at that point?
Do you have a saddle bag and maybe a velcro strap is catching?

Could be a few different things but its probably a combo of the shorts quality and saddle design. Check to see if your saddle has and "sharp" corners, i.e. do the sides just cut off at a right angle at the bottom or do they have a smooth shape curving round to the underneath.

Prehaps also spend sometime looking at your legs whilst cycling (dont take your eyes off the road too long though!) have a look to see how much contact there is between your legs and the saddle and see if your able to change it at all

The shorts are not "low quality shorts" and i don't have a saddle bag!
The most possible is Ollieda's explanation. The saddle design. I will look better at it and return!

    Thanks for the answers!
