Timed myself for the first time
Never bothered before but Ive thought that I was fairly compitent just because noone ever seems to overtake me. anyway I timed myself around Llandegla black run today and got round in 1:19. I know theres faster but cant believe it,really happy with my time, I genuinly thougt Id be over two hours.

I remember seeing a site last year that people log times for laps of trail centres using GPS. Some had times below 1 hour for a full black around Landegla.
Maybe someone might have a link to it.0
