Crikey, that was a long sentence. Ran out of breath. Anyway, speedy recovery.0

The sentence hasn't ended, I think Mark blacked out.

No grammar whatsoever. Unbelievable, the standards are really beginning to slip. :roll:0

AND .....BREATHE........
Sorry to here of your crash, wishing you a speedy recovery but long enough off to brush up on your punctuation.

Always a danger, you point out bad punctuation and make a spelling mistake (here/hear).0 -
I thought he was a-courting when I read the title...
Get better soon!0 -
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Try using commas and full stops in future and I think you mean "woe" not "woo".
Crashes on club runs are a nightmare as they're often at high speed. I crashed into the guy in front of me about 5 weeks ago. We were heading downhill, round a gradual bend when he suddenly swerved (he said round a fag pack in the road) and came off. I was about 5-10m behind but I couldn't stop in time and went straight over him. Helmet damaged, Selle Italia Team Thoork seat with carbon rails destroyed, also bike rattles a lot now and I can't work out why.
My left wrist and thumb hurt a lot. Got home and slowly my wrist and had stiffened up. At about 9pm I went to A&E, could barely move my wrist and it was swollen. They told me it would be several hours wait so gave up, they gave me painkillers and I went home. Next morning it felt a lot better and has healed up but it still hurts even now, around the base of my thumb and wrist and movement isn't back to normal and there is still some swelling. Think I may have slightly cracked or broken a bone somewhere in there....Do not write below this line. Office use only.0 -
HH - if it doesn't feel better soon get it checked out - my partner broke her scaphoid (by a football playing 5 a side in goal - yes it was me that kicked the ball!) but only found out a year later when she broke her other wrist (again playing football but it wasn't me this time) and they x rayed both when she said she had some problems with the other one too.
In the end they operated and did a bone graft and screw on it - reckoned leaving it as it was would have led to quite a few problems down the line.
it's a hard life if you don't weaken.0
