Just picked this up so here's a few quick snaps to show it off!

Spec is largely XT, Reverb post, Easton Carbon bars, Thomson stem and Hope / Stans wheels w/ Fox F120 forks and the bolt-thru axles front and rear.

Comes in a little heavier than I'd hoped at 28lbs but should be pretty quick.

28lbs sounds a bit over what i'd expect with that kit. :?

Get some helicoptor tape on the outside of the rear stays to stop heel rub.

Dropper seat posts always tend to add a bit, but 28 does seem a bit heavy.

To be honest, the scales said 27.7lbs and I've never calibrated them so don't know how accurate they are.
The wheels are setup for tubeless but as the valves hadn't arrived it's got tubes in it. Includes, pedals and half a km of Reverb cable as I haven't settled on where the routing should go yet. Take that lot off and it'll be about 27lbs which seems perfectly acceptable for a 5" travel trailbike.

To be honest, With full weight is less important than how it pedals, I ride a bike over 31pounds all day and i weigh a little over 11 stone so?

It looks solid mate, Yeti's can make some very stiff aggressive set up, good buy.

28lbs seems heavy for that kinda build, especially considering the frame is under 5lbs, my Mojo HD140 weighs under 27lbs with pedals, no dropper post, but the frame is over a pound heavier, other wise the spec is similar to my mojo, scales must be wrong

    Nice.

Forget the weight. Yeti make bikes that ride superbly in every direction. You'll love it.

    Cheers Gents...

The Demo ASR5c on the same scales weighed 26.5 lbs with lighter wheels, no dropper post and a QR rear so 28lbs isn't far off.
Not particularly bothered about the weight to be honest - this was always going to be a 'do everything' bike and it's so pretty.

Shame I can't get out on it for a bit... legs are still shot after the marathon on Sunday!

Bout to say hate super light wheels on a go anywhere bike, so horrible when they ping of rocks instead of rolling smoothly,

Sometimes a bit of weight is beneficial to a do it all bike. :) always had a soft spot for yeti would love one of there hard tails :p
