Not sure which One!!

I've been riding for a few years now and my first bike was a Trek 1.7 which feel was really good for the speck when I first got in 2007.
Now I am thinking of getting a new bike and have just started to look.
I put the miles in regular and feel I now want a semi decent bike, and also a carbon frame bike and my shifters would have to be 105's.

I have only just started to scouting around for a bike and 3 or 4 appeal to me.

1> Scott CR1 [http://www.evanscycles.com/products/scott/cr1-team-triple-2011-road-bike-ec025492] though I have heard mixed views on this bike.
2> Trek Madone 4.5 [http://www.evanscycles.com/products/trek/madone-45-triple-2011-road-bike-ec023887] though I really liked my previous trek, however not too sure about the Tektro bits on bike for that money.
3> Specilized roubaix elite [http://www.evanscycles.com/products/specialized/roubaix-elite-sl2-2011-road-bike-ec024981] just not sure on this one!

Just not sure what would be so important to me? whether it's looks or handlings, the wheels are any good...mavics or bontrager?
Any advice about these bikes......
