Could be all above board, but it just seems a strange place for it to end up being sold.

    Sounds a bit cheap but not crazily cheap. I still wouldn't touch anything from Gumtree.

    Its circa 1998 ...... the seat stay arrangement to the seat tube was like that back then, along with a larger diameter seatpin (around 31.4-31.6). About on the money for its vintage.
