RS Pushloc removal

Can anyone advise me what parts I would need and how I would go about removing the RS pushloc system from my 2009 Reba's?

The pushloc has never really worked right since I bought the forks brand new, my local bike shop has looked at these twice and each time, been able to sort it out, but it only seems to last a few days.

The fault is that I can push the pushloc and it works as it should, however when you press it again to release it, it never springs back like it should, you always need to manually pull the cable round down at the top of the shock.

I've decided to change it from the pushloc to the standard motion control knob that the forks can be supplied with.

Does anyone know if this is just a case of replacing the pushloc part that is on show at the top of the shocks with the standard motion control knob, or are there other internal parts that I would require?

Cheers...

G
