Yes it still does happen. Weekends only at the moment. If you would like to reserve your place just text the number or email dograa@mac.com with number of people and when you would like to leave and date.
  • this is a great idea!!!! ill be making use of this in the very near future.

how man passengers would the bus take, if there was enough passengers that pre-booked would you consider a midweek run???
i spent all me money on whisky and beer!!!
  • can i ask how is this service is actually going to work? e.g, do bikes go in the same vehicle as passengers or is it 2 separate vehicles? what is the bike transportation part like (e.g, is it a purpose built trailer with secure fastenings for each bike? an old furniture removal lorry or big van? a purposely modified bus with space in the main cabin for bikes with the passengers?)

do you offer some kind of open return so you can go to glentress on saturday morning, come back on sunday evening, all on one ticket? and does the service go to/from innerleithen as well?

don't get me wrong, i think its a great idea which i would probably use. I'm just trying to get an idea of how it is actually run etc.

Hi, as this is a pilot shuttle, currently it will be one vehicle with secure rack for the bikes. Passengers ride in same vehicle as their bikes. Open return can be considered subject to demand. Currently we are flexible with our arrangements due to understanding our travellers needs.

A mid-week run could be considered depending on numbers. Minimum required would be 4 passengers.
