So after months of searching me and mrs k to be have found a place we agree on!
the landlord has agreed to change the carpets in two rooms, paint the doors and generally do it up a bit
its massive for the money in the location of clifton in bristol and its a 2 minute ride from ashton court as well as leigh woods, which is a bonus!
I am a happy man!
move in on the 28th April :shock:
Now just need to change my address with a fook load of companies!

That is quite nice man! Can't wait until Mrs. MM and I can get our own house. Right now we have a very decent flat, and are looking at houses in our area, but until University for me is done, and i'm earning a very decent salary, a house can wait!

I think the only way I'll ever be able to afford a house is when shiny red anodised parts stop being made, and carbon is found to cause worm aids.

does anyone know anyone in the bristol area with a van? i need to ick a sofa up on sunday from bath and bring it back to my current house for storage until i move in. There is cash in it for the kind person!
I would hire one but i have lost the plastic part of my license and have just ordered the new one whcih wont be here for ages!
the mrs only passed her test 6 months ago so they wont let her hire one!
