rear wheel 'offset' compatibility

Hi, still looking for a new set of wheels and i've come across a pair that are described as "Rear wheel is dishless to suit sx trail or other specialized bikes with the offset rear end". How can I tell if this will be happy on an Ellsworth Moment?
