    But that can't be right! Especially the digs at Contador, which must be wrong since Spanish law is so incredibly strict on these matters....

    He hasn't got much to go on. Just banning riders because he's got his suspicions isn't the way to go, surely he needs to be getting behind the CAS and others rather than trying to play a trigger-happy wild west sheriff?
