In the past I have tried Motion-X on my iPhone 3g. The battery life isnt that good as it is on the phone and I think the longest route I was able to log was 2 hours.
The free version only allows you to save one route but you can email it to yourself neh bother.

Through trees the phone tends to lose the tower and even mapping rides on the road I found it noting I was cycling through buildings :).

    MOTM on first appearance 10/4/11
  • will it log individual laps passing a common point?
