XC race tires

Hi guys, i,m looking for a set of tubeless tires for my Trek Elite. At the moment i,m running an ardent front and a monorail rear 2.25 and 2.1 both tubeless.
Looking for something a bit lighter cos they weigh a fecking ton.
The tires must be tubeless, or at least tubeless ready. 2.1 or slightly bigger on the front 2.1 on the rear. I mainly ride XC stuff, Kirroughtree red/black plus some natural stuff.
Tires i,m thinking of are
Racing ralphs (dont know which ones to go for so bloody many of them!!)
Maxxis crossmark front Monorail rear
Panaracer fire XC
I wont use Conti tires cos they,re sh1te

Fire XCs are heavy, and I don't find them any good!
Ralphs would get my vote, 2011 ones are tubeless ready although older ones work perfectly tubeless. Rons are lighter and grippier, but you sacrifice durability. Not ideal in rocky areas.0 -
Schwalbe Evo are the premium Schwalbe tyres
Either Ralph's, Ron's or Fred's
Ralph & Ron are good in a lot of conditions except gloopy deep mud, Fred's are pretty much a dry/slightly damp only tyre and are proper race day tyres, they don't last too long and are not as tough as the Ralph & Ron, which have been toughened up for 2011
All Schwalbe Evo tyres are tubeless ready IIRC0 -
They've not toughened them up really, just given them a tubeless ready bead and new compounds. The Ron and the Fred share a carcass, so are similar (un)durable, particularly in rocky areas. The Ralph and Nic share a tougher carcass.0
