Getting my 2008 Trek 1.2 Triple back on the road. Help pls

I own a 2008 Trek 1.2 Triple. For the most part I am very happy with it, good frame, forks and wheels. However, it needs some work. The front deraillieur has never worked. I need an 8sp triple but have no idea, can anyone recommend one for <= £30? I'm pretty set on the rest but would appreciate comments :
