    Seems fair enough to me but could flag up some interesting cases about what is dangerous.

    All seems reasonably sensible but really should just be a case of amending the death by dangerous driving or death by careless driving laws to incorporate all road users that way everyone is being treated the same. Unfortunately, due to the very rare instances, pedestrians being killed by cyclists get a disproportionate amount of media coverage than the all too familiar cases of cyclists getting killed by motorists. I would also be worried that the this media coverage would sway juries verdicts.
