Can someone please tell me how to go about lubricating Ksyrium Elite (09) hubs? Mine have started to make horrible graunching noises above 30MPH, so I'm guessing it's to do with lube. Trouble is I don't have any of the guide sheets that come with the wheels because they were original fit, and the Mavic website offers no information at all.
