Hope it was - the ride home sucks - baaaad

I'm not well - this combined with a late call with the US today had me coming West this lunchtime . . . .

Now - it may be my man-flu but I was on my chin strap by the time I got home . . .

    I commute NE in the morning, and the wind is doing all sorts of weird things at the moment, but that kind of pales compared to the BIG bloody black cloud approaching from the South,

    Please God, be nice - Northly wind tonight.... go one, you know you want to.

    funnily enough it absolutely lashed it down here at about 11am, now the sun is cracking the flags agian but the wind has picked up, whats the bets its a headwind?

    Me, F*%£ing HELL! :evil: Got caught by a torrential downpour at Smithfield and it was dry for the rest of the ride. Just wet enough to get my bike mucky again.

    Dear God.

    I hurt. Some stages of that ride home. I was on the drops and giving it full beans and was JUST able to hold 13mph. Just.

    I actually stopped and zipped my jacket fully shut to stop it acting like a parachute.

    That wind was direct in my face with no break the whole way home. I'm going to listen to the video footage just to see how loud it was.

    Jesus that was hard.
