Morning,

I'm hoping to get down to Hillingdon tomorrow to try some racing.

What can i expect? How is the schedule run? Time to warm up?

Any advice on what to expect etc will be truly welcomed as it will probably stop me looking a complete tit.

Rgds

    In no particular order

    Definitley get there early (45mins)
Put number on correctly (nothing worse than being pulled out of line to put number back on!)
    Get drink sorted
    Check bike and tyres
Make sure you're with the correct category (e.g. 3/4s) on start line
Remember to put your helmet back on
Get bike prepared (saddle bag and pump of etc)
Go to the loo as many time as is needed
Ride the circuit a few times - following racing line
    RelaxHave agood one :D

OK I think I once presented my number with British Cycling letter headed paper and it was fine. Hopefully you won't meet some annoying jobs worth who wants to make a point
