Suspension fork tuning in Berkshire?

Last year I'm sure I stumbled upon a website for a suspension fork tuning place in Berkshire, possibly near Panbourne/Reading? I didn't bookmark the website and now I can't find it again. I think it was a guy doing it out of his garage/workshop and he seemed to be catering to the local downhill free-ride community.
Was it my imagination? Or does a place exist? I want to see if someone can extend my Reba Race to 120mm and I don't have to skills/tools to take them apart and remove the spacer.

TFTuned is in Wiltshire, just across the 'border'. Though they're probably a bit more advanced than a 'guy in a shed'.0

I could have sworn there was a guy local to Reading that did fork tuning though.
