Looking For Nottingham Riders

Hi all. I'm looking for anyone interested in riding around the Notts area. None of my mates are into bikes and it gets a bit boring going to Sherwood Pines, Cannock Chase and the Peaks on my own all the time.

What part of nottingham are you from? and what type of riding do you have in mind (just how hardcore?).

II also ride Sherwood pines most weekends on my own I know what you mean about it can get boring riding on your own.
Normally do a couple of laps of the Kichener trail on a sunday afternoon.
I have done cannock chase a few times.
I would be happy to meet up for a ride around the pines if your up for it.

I cant ride during the daytime in the week but now that the light nights are here Iam going to try to get out on a Wednesday evening or a couple of hours, I will probably go to the pines as I live quite close.

Sherwood pines cycling club have a club ride on wednesday night, you should come along if you can make it. Meet outside the shop at 6.15. Great bunch of people that know a lot more tracks than the marked routes. Wed. is usually about 20 miles in and out of the park on single track and fire roads. Check out the website for more rides. We're meeting up at Cannock on saturday and will be doing some evening rides to the peaks soon.
