Can someone please tell me the seatpost clamp size i need to buy for my Trek Fuel EX9.8 as I want a nice orange 1. Thanks.

    we're talking about the clamp that goes round the top of the seat tube on the frame, not the seatpost.

    Hi,

    dont suppose you found an orange one did you, looking for the same thing (and mine is knackered, so do actaully need a new one!)

    they are actually 36.9, well EX9 aly frame is anyway

    Not if you have verniers (36.86 OD), harder to get right with a ruler!

    harder to find though, especially in orange, was hoping for a nice crank bros one, but they only go up to the 35mm size :(

    Except if you actually checked the FAQ's there's a very simple and fairly accurate way of doing it with a tape measure and a brain cell. For the majority of people without verniers.

    Just suggesting it's easier to make sure than have 3 random sizes posted as happened above.
