06 Rockhopper Worn Bottom Bracket

I have about 2-3mm of play (side to side) at the end of the crank arms. The crank still runs smooth however.
Bearing in mind (no pun intended) the bracket has never been changed I'm guessing its getting a bit worn? The crank arms are on tight.
My question is should I be concerned? The crank runs smooth, you can occasionally feel the play whilst climbing but that doesn't particularly bother me. Is it worth changing now before it gets worse or should I just leave it? Would you change it?
Its an Octalink bottom bracket; BB-ES30 68 by 113mm and Hollowtech Crank

bolts tight?
if yes then new BB needed."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Yeah everythings tight I'm afraid. Got a octalink crank puller to take crank arms off and have a closer look, but I think your right nicklouse, new BB required.
