today will consist of tidying the whole house, doing the shopping, and visiting mum in hospital (why are the majority of nurses so hot?)

Morning all, up early (for a Saturday) - off to Triple S powdercoaters in Bingley to collect the Ex[alt] frame. Then golf this afternoon.

Off to Moelfre tomorrow to watch round 2 of the Halo British Downhill Series - sold that one to the GF as a "nice picnic in the Welsh countrside - oh, there might be some blokes on bikes there as well...."

Ah, in casualty yes they generally are old etc... but if you're on the long stay wards you see at least 3 or 4 better looking nurses.

It's the same when I go to the docs, the further down the corridor I go, the hotter they get.

I'm off to the beach today methinks. Lovely sunny day here in Pembrokeshire. My gfs sisters boyfriend is also dropping down his Raleigh max for me to fettle later. Fortunately I've brought my Raleigh max fettling tools with me, (a sledgehammer and a skip) I shall also spend some time educating him on what a proper bike is!

Fettling with the bike today as it's Cannock tomorrow. Man I miss my Golf, as I have a full Thule roof rack/591 set for it and loading the bike into the back of a hatchback is pain.
The current car is a short term lease, so not investing in any hardware for the roof racks.

Was up at 10AM, the sun is out and I am going to take the rigid out for some mileage
