Planet X?

Ok so I have taken the plunge and ordered a Planet X SL Pro Red edition in naked carbon. Added some upgrades such as Carbon bottle cage, Planet X Ti saddle, Richey WCS handlebars and a anodised Red seat collar.
My question is how long does it take for Planet X to deliver bikes?
I would ideally like to have it in 7-10 days at the latest and as their site said its in stock it should just be a case of building it and shipping it.
Does anyone have a Planet X similar to this ordered recently, if so how long did it take.
For reference I live in Nottingham so not out in the sticks somewhere!

took mine 4 weeks, I was not happy to say the least but worth the wait.
I had to wait some time for the model B wheels to come in to stock but once that was done I waited another week for a build date which was then scheduled for the following week which I then was informed (after chasing) that this had been put back further. However once it had been built I had it the next day fast despatch so that was good.0 -
I think it depends how many bikes are on their build list. If they're quiet you might get it within a couple of weeks, but then again you might not. Best thing to do would be to phone them.More problems but still living....0

Ok Update:
After speaking to Rob in the warehouse (smashing bloke) who has allowed me to change the order to a parts order only so I will get the bike unbuilt on Tuesday next week. I am then going to install what I can with the tools I have. I am a realtively experience cyclist and am confident in installing the basic stuff such as brakes, casette etc.
My LBS has quoted me £25-£40 to build up the bits I can't do and also to verify that the stuff I did was ok. I suppose I could get them to build the whole bike but this way I get to actually screw a few bits together myself.
Somehow it seems to make the bike a bit more special to me.
I will update with Pics as soon as it arrives.
I cant wait to be able to get rid of my temporary bike I am using (Raleigh Activator MTB!)0 -
Our build time normally runs 7-10 working days , were trying to keep it at that - though with the sun just coming out a week ago weve just had a large surge in orders !
Problems sometimes arise with out of stock issues , and controlling and maintaining our stock is a big focus of our business , were not perfect by any stretch of the imagination and we have had the odd horror story or two where customers get let down .
Were hiring more staff in the next few weeks - several vacancies coming up so if any Yorkshire folk are looking for a bike industry job nows a good time - customer service / marketing / bikebuild opportunities coming up .
I will pm mr eddy to get him a better resolution.

Thats brilliant customer service Dave well done !
I saw Ian Camish today on his new Exocet looks great and he was going well too hit the turn at 25.38 I think. Alex Dowsett hit the turn at 23.(something) and looked very strong his final time was 46.35 a PB and a new course record I think E2(25).
I was marshalling it was out club event although I wish I had rode it.0
