If I sit inside a greenhouse on a sunny day, will I get burnt?

    No. I think it's because glass filters UV, but I'm not a scientist.

    Why would you sit in a green house? Are you going to sit in there all day in your cycling gear to get a tan? :o

    Yes...you would also get heat stroke and most likely die a horrible death...maybe :D

    slowly but you'd be more likely overcome by the heat first. that and the horrible aroma of Tomato plants

    thanks for clearing that up. It's too hot to work in my office today, so I'm pondering things while looking out the window.

    I can never tell if I like the smell of tomato plants or not.

    I just read that Richard Feynman watched the first atom bomb test through the windscreen of his truck, without any safety glasses, and was fine. The more I read about him, the more I like him!
