hey guys, a few days ago i order a specialized allez sport but after much thought i decided i really wanted better shifter so i cancelled my order.

i came across the the Cube 2010 Attempt
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=44406
spec seems good and i think i can get it a decent price

unfortuantely i dont understand the sizing guide and finding this in store is very difficult
im 170cm 5ft5 to 5ft6 tall inside left 80cm

bikes data
frame size: 53
seat tube: 510mm
TT: 52.6
seat tube angle: 74.0°
head angle 71.5°
chainstays 405mm
headtube: 131mm
wheelbase: 988mm

will the 53frame be correct for me?

what other bikes you would you guys recommend in the £700 mark with tiagra / shimano 105 gears?

'Imaginary horizontal top tube length' is a good index of frame size, if you see what I mean.

I am 5'7" and ride a frame with a 521 top tube. I've got a short reach and the drops are a bit of a stretch for me with a 10cm stem.

I would say 53 is about the right mark. If not, perhaps the next size down as opposed to up.

53 or 52 should be fine.

Nice to see some people around the 170 mark - at least I'm not the only shortie here.

I'm a wafer thin mint under 6ft and ride a 56 cube Agree GTC SL, if that helps.

    ;-)

Also picking up another Cube Attempt compact in a few weeks..same size.
