Just about to order some new boots, what does the TPI stand for :? what should i be looking for?
BTW i know what type of tyres i want just didnt know the difference of TPI???

TPI is threads per inch.
It's something to do with the thickness of the sidewall.
As I understand it, High TPI means thinner threads were used, making the tyre lighter, but thinner. Low TPI means thick sidewalls but with a weight penalty.

High TPI tyres tend to be lighter, roll faster and are more flexible, Rockets Rons are127 TPI whereas Nobby Nics are 67 TPI.
