Just went out on a quick 10 minute test ride having fitted some new shiny to my bike.

Wow! Didn't think it would make that much difference.

Hope hubs with stans crest rims, new rear cassette (11-34 compared to 11-32).

It feels much faster and lighter, very pleased

I fitted exactly the same upgrade a couple of weeks back. Combined with a nice new set of lightweight tyres I was amazed the difference it made!

Removed a completed seized baring from my front hub last night, I fancy that's going to make a difference in the morning.

Used to put flames on my bike and swear I went faster.


(that was just last week of course).

I've gotten out ridign 2-3 times a week at least to get fitter, man it made a difference
