I've got my first road bike and was wondering what needs doing in the way of routine maintenance?
The bike has only done a couple of hundred miles. I give it a wipe down if it's dirty but pother than that I don't do anything!

With my MTB I usually have to give it a good wash after each ride and relube the chain but that's about it. Do I just need to do the same with a road bike?

Just keep it shiny and clean :)

and spray GT85 into moving parts (apart from BB and wheel bearings)

You dont need to (apart from in the winter) but washing it regularly lets you just check the bike over incase any issues develop. Also gives you a chance to check tyres to make sure they dont have anything embedded in them that can work its way to become a puncture and things like that.

Road bikes are alot easier and quicker to clean than mtbs so it isn't much hassle. In the summer i usually just do quick wipe down with something like a baby wipe then do a proper clean when it needs it.

Also worth checking things like bolt tightness with a new bike, there will be also be a bit of cable stretch too.
