go for a ride this evening....the weather was awsome, the baby went to bed early and insted of getting out on the bike i popped opena bottle of wine and merrily started drinking as the gf cooked tea

I tend to find a little tipple prior to a short, sharp mtb hack helps me flow...a little tipple prior to climbing on the road bike = iminent death!....Alcohol, know your limits. 8)0 -

i had a pretty good day riding today. despite the train being 30mins late the trails were dey, the sun was shining and we decided to stay out till about 8. haven't done that since summer last year!0

today was so sunny stood on top of a hill near dover that after this evenings shower, i look like a swan vesta.0

Out here in Austria, at the top of most of the mountains are little huts that offer food and drinks. After climbing up there, beer and food are consumed to make happy bikers. Bikers then become even more happy once they leave, because now noone is the slightest bit scared about riding down, and we go much faster.
MMM beer. If only it didn't have so many calories.0 -
