Anyone know why Garmin didn't pick him up? Strapped for cash?

Obviously talented. Won African TTT, ITT, RR and Tour of Rwanda while he was a stagaire with Cervelo.

    As far as I'm aware, he is in England, not sure which team tho. But I agree with you He was gonna join Ceverlo as stagiaires with one other rider, but since Ceverlo joined forces with Garmin, he went back to UCI’s World Cycling Centre team.
