    aah the long awaited plateau when i have reached my peak :lol:

    according to joe friel you continue to improve for up to 10 years- so ive got 9 and 1/2 of improvement to come. might even be able to finish in the bunch by then :oops:

    obviously your improvement is subject to doing all the right things at the right times blah blah (you just know someone was ready to post then- using a john major voice- there is no guarantee of improvement in fact...... :roll:
