madman in my tri-club decided that a 6hour turbo session working through all of the sufferfest turbo training films would be a good idea: first knight of sufferlandria

raised £500 notes for charity (and got all is bike training in for the month as well, the sneaky git). he wasn't so keen on his turbo by the end!
